LDX100 series configuration Mode

1. Turn off Power at Camera.
2. Press rotary push (menu) button and Color temp down.
3. While pressing the above buttons, Power Up the Camera and continue pressing the buttons for 5-7 seconds then release.
   Camera will be visible as Camera\Configuration (17) in the GV Scripter and LDX inside.
